Total Time: 14min47sec Here is the Prayer I shared at the end of the homily from the "Our Lady of Fatima - Book of Prayers" Prayer For Patience Sometimes, Jesus, things get all bottled up inside, and I feel I have to let off steam. Depression frustration, and anxiety seem to boil inside until I lose my temper, shout at the people I love, and say things I don't really mean. Help me, Jesus to be humble and patient; teach me to be more tolerant and gentle. And, Lord, when things get to be too much, grant me the wisdom to admit to myself that I'm on the edge. Help me be patient with myself, too, and to find healthy, positive ways to vent the energy inside myself. Teach me in these times to look for that special act of love to do for others. Mary, mother most patient, pray for me. Amen.
